Bia Warrior Home Program 2.0
BIA Warrior was created to help women like you to unleash your inner warrior, get stronger, and overcome any obstacle that comes your way! With this online training program, you can now do all this from your own home with minimal equipment.
This is a 4-week program that requires dumbbell, resistance band and bodyweight exercises only. It will challenge you whether you are brand new to fitness or highly experienced.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
4 Week Program
4-weeks of programmed workouts including hundreds of exercises all linked to video tutorials demonstrating proper form and technique.
Comprehensive Training Method
Build strength, get fit, increase your mobility, learn ninja and parkour skills no matter what your fitness level is. We all start somewhere, so you’ll get exercise options where needed.
5 Weekly Workouts
The program includes 5 carefully designed workouts per week, 1 rest day, and 1 live virtual weekly workout with Bia Warrior coaches and community. We know that we all need a little motivation to move, and we love our group workouts!
E-Warrior Community
Access to a private community Facebook group where you can interact with the community, communicate directly with your coaches about exercise form, get tips and advise.
Exclusive Resources
Access to exclusive Bia Warrior resources, including your very own Bia Warrior Spotify playlist to keep you pumped for your training, and a discount on home equipment.
