Since joining this program just two months ago, I’ve seen tremendous improvements in my overall body strength and confidence level. A year and a half ago, I suffered from a tendon injury in my wrist. Since then, despite numerous physiotherapy targeted exercises, I hadn’t been able to get back to pre-injury level. After two months in this program, my mobility has almost returned to my pre-injury levels, and I’m able to do pushups and full burpees again which is something I really struggled with in the past. This is all due to the attentiveness of the coaches and the carefully selected exercises that target overall strength, and that’s what I owe to my upper body and mobility improvements!

I’ve never really been one to want to go into the gym and lift weights, so I was looking for something different. Because of my proximal femoral focal deficiency disability, I have to wear a prosthetic leg, I wasn’t sure if ninja training would be acceptable for me. The first week was a bit scary, but after a while, you get to know the coaches, who are incredible, and support you the whole way through no matter what level you’re at. The program showed me that your body can do a lot more than you think it can, no matter level or ability. There’s always a way of doing something. It doesn’t matter how fit or unfit you are, how able you are, there’s always a way if you want to do it. Bia Warrior is an amazing program to join, and the coaches are amazing. It’s the most exciting, fun, challenging, inspiring, motivating, life-changing program I’ve ever been a part of. There are some days I’ve come out of the sessions and cry because I’d achieved something I never thought was possible. It’s all because of the Bia Warrior coaches and community. All women should join this program. You will get out of it so much more than fitness. It’s about community, about encouraging each other and supporting each other to overcome something and to be your best.

Why is Bia Warrior different from other programs?

Bia Warrior is all about unleashing your true inner warrior. We work on physical strength, and mental strength in order to help you conquer any obstacle that comes your way. It’s more than the way you look. You will reduce body fat and build muscle (tone) as well as work on your cardiovascular health, and really learn the amazing things you are able to achieve. We will work closely together, are all about community and the incredible power of women!

Who is Bia Warrior suitable for?

Bia Warrior is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels! From beginners to intermediate warrior, we’re starting with the basics of obstacle and ninja training to build a strong foundation, and will work on specific goals and skills. We scale all movements to suit your ability. Because we make sure spaces are limited, you will get personalized attention no matter your skill level.

I’m a complete beginner to working out. Is Bia Warrior suitable for me?

Yes! Bia Warrior is a mixed level program that has got your back if you are a beginner, and can challenge you if you’re advanced! We offer modifications for any exercise. The movements included in Bia Warrior offer a foundation to strength and movement, this means that they are essential to a healthy functioning human body. You will get a video to demonstrate proper form for each exercise, and the coaches are always available to help you with your form and technique!

Will Bia Warrior help me lose weight?

Bia Warrior is designed to help you get stronger and move better, to overcome any obstacle, and reach your goals. The programs, whether bodyweight or with minimal equipment, will help you get toned and improve your body composition. Our goal is to help get your body into a healthy state – if that means dropping excessive body fat then you will. It all depends on your goals and your nutrition, which we can guide you with as well.

How long will I have access to the program for?

There is no time limit; once you buy a Home Program, you’ll have it for good so you can always go back and repeat the workouts or even the full program. What’s even better? You get lifetime access to our private Facebook group with access to exclusive resources and the amazing community.

Is this suitable for someone with previous injuries?

Yes! We will train smart and focus on strengthening your skills, areas of weaknesses, and improve overall mobility and movement. The small group will allow for personalized attention and accommodations for previous injuries and specific goals.

Can I do other exercise while I’m on the program?

The short answer is yes! Bia Warrior will help make you better at any other movement you love doing. However, it’s important that you rest your body and remember that this program alone is intense. The program is designed very carefully to be well-rounded and just the right intensity and volume. However, if you like to perform cardio exercises like running or cycling, you can add them after your Bia Warrior workouts.
