No woman should feel intimidated by the weights section in the gym. We started Warrior Strong to help you on your journey of getting stronger, healthier, and more toned with the support of other women!

Personalized Coaching + nutrition

Learn the fundamentals of strength training to understand what’s right for you and your body. Think personal training in a very small group setting.

You’ll get personalized coaching within a progressive strength program, track your progress week by week, get customized nutrition support and weekly feedback so that you can finally see the results you’ve always envisioned.

The program is truly designed to guide and accommodate for all fitness levels and ladies only in a private space.

Whether you’ve never stepped into a gym before, or you want to take your lifting to the next level with some of the best lifters in the country, our coaches will make sure you learn the fundamentals and build a strong base that you can carry with you throughout your everyday life. 

Recurring Membership details

This is a monthly membership with a 2-month minimum commitment.

Spaces are limited to 6 women per class to allow for personalized coaching. 

If you want to see results, building new habits and routines are crucial for success. You can renew your membership as long as you like, the program is continuously evolving.

FAQs

What happens if I miss a class?

You get two weekly sessions that you can do during our class timings, or at your own time if you miss a class.

We encourage you to make up for that session another time.

CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes. If you are traveling, you can pause your membership for a minimum of one month without any additional charge, or for AED50 per week for short term pauses. We encourage you to stay consistent in the program for the best results.

HOW MUCH IS THE MEMBERSHIP?

Membership is AED 1,500 per month including day pass access to Champs Gym in Al Quoz for the Ladies only sessions.

Membership is a monthly recurring with a minimum of two months commitment in order to see progress.
