5 Workouts per Week
5 Warrior workouts every week at Gravity Calisthenics Gym. You will learn new skills, get stronger, and fitter, and learn how to overcome obstacles. We incorporate resistance training and bodyweight exercises to help you build a strong foundation, as well as skill-based training to teach you to move over, under, and around obstacles. You also get a weekly mobility and flexibility session to help improve your range of motion, so you can recover better and move better.
For All Fitness Levels
Bia Warrior is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels! From beginners to advanced warriors, we’re starting with the basics of obstacle and ninja training to build a strong foundation and will work on specific goals and skills. There is a specific class timing for beginners, where we will start with the foundations and help you get stronger and learn the skills in a safe environment. We scale all movements to suit your ability. You will get direct feedback on exercise form and technique. Because we all start somewhere, and everyone should be able to workout!
Personalized Coaching + Attention
The Bia Warrior program isn’t just another fitness program. Because we make sure spaces are limited, you will get personalized attention no matter your skill level, and exercise alternatives if you need them. It’s almost like semi-private personal training, where you get all the individual feedback and support that you need – not just during the 1 hour of class, but all the time. You get 24/7 access to your own coach who will support your health, fitness, and mindset goals. We are here to help you through your journey every step of the way. We make sure that’s done during the program in the gym, and out, with regular self-care activities and support.

Nutrition Support + Mentorship
When you join the program, you will get personalized macros to help you reach your specific goals, and be held accountable to stick to your meal plan with regular feedback based on your habits. You also get access to nutrition education, custom macros, and full support from the coaches to help with your goals, be it weight loss, muscle gain, or performance goals. You will get a daily tracker to help keep you on the right path to reaching your goals, as well as recipes to inspire healthy eating.
