6 Workouts per Week
5 Carefully designed workouts to do at home, with no equipment required! And a weekly live video workout session with your very own coaches because we know that we all need a little motivation to move, and we love our group workouts.
Warrior Community
A private E- warrior community Facebook group where you will be held accountable by your coaches, receive tips and ideas, communicate directly with your coaches about exercise form, advice or any questions, and interact virutally with your fellow E-warriors so that we can all motivate, encourage and inspire one an other!
Accountability + Direct Feedback
This is not a program where you will download a PDF and be left alone. We’re all about community, and holding each other accountable. Training in a group with elite coaches will make you more likely to succeed. Expect an interactive program, with regular and direct communication with coaches, and other warriors. A support group like no other!
All Levels Welcome
Our coaches are four of the best female fitness trainers in Dubai, bringing together a wide range of disciplines, with multiple awards including #1 at the 2019 Gov Games. They will ensure everyone can do the program, with alternatives depending on your fitness level. You will get direct feedback on exercise form and technique. Because we all start somewhere, and everyone should be able to workout!
